Xylem's Jill Boudreau Joins Water Systems Council Board of Directors

WASHINGTON, June 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- June 26, 2025 – The Water Systems Council (WSC), the only national nonprofit organization solely focused on household wells and small water well systems, has announced the appointment of Jill Boudreau, Director of Inside Sales for Xylem, to its Board of Directors.

With more than 35 years of pump industry experience at Xylem, Jill brings a deep and comprehensive understanding of the residential and industrial markets. In her current role, she is responsible for customer relations and sales across these critical segments. Her background includes a wide range of roles, including product management, applications engineering, and customer service, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the water systems industry.

Jill holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo and is certified as both a Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. She has served as the Statistical Chair for the Water Systems Council for several years and has also been actively involved with the Submersible Wastewater Pump Association (SWPA) and the Sump and Sewage Pump Manufacturers Association (SSPMA).
