The UBS European Physical Carbon ETC is designed to provide Investors with exposure to European Union Carbon Allowances ("EUAs") without having to open a Holding Account and take physical delivery of EUAs. The UBS European Physical Carbon ETC is backed by physical EUAs, which are held on its behalf by the EUA Custodian. The value of the UBS European Physical Carbon ETC is directly linked to the value of the Underlying EUAs, less fees. The product is passively managed.
