Avemio Group bildet strategische Allianz mit Host Broadcast Services (HBS)

Mainz-Kastel, 5 June 2025 – Avemio AG (ISIN DE000A40KY59, Ticker AV2), a leading European system supplier of hardware and software for the professional film, broadcast, audio and video industries, has entered into a strategic partnership with Host Broadcast Services (HBS), a leading international provider of television infrastructure for major sporting events. The alliance marks another milestone in the Avemio Group's growth strategy and strengthens its position as an innovation leader in cloud-based media technologies.

As part of the alliance, a collaboration between Avemio subsidiary MoovIT GmbH (“MoovIT”) and HBS, which has existed for over ten years, will be expanded to include an exclusive, technology-driven partnership in the field of international sports productions. In future, HBS will use the helmut.cloud platform developed by MoovIT as a central component of its technical infrastructure. The cloud solution, which specializes in broadcast requirements, was presented at the 2024 NAB Show in Las Vegas and is currently the only fully operational solution on the market that enables seamless orchestration of cloud and on-prem technologies in a hybrid, scalable production environment. Its use at HBS virtualizes the entire TV infrastructure for major sporting events and makes the production environment significantly more flexible.

Host Broadcast Services (HBS) has been one of the world's leading providers of technical services for live sports broadcasts for decades.
