Operating a modern fleet of business jets, we are dedicated to safety, efficiency, and premium service.MJET Seeking a Flight Operations Officer for Our Dynamic Team <strong>Job Opening: Flight Operations Officer (m/f/d)</strong> <strong>Location</strong>: Schwechat, Austria (A-2320) <strong>Working Hours</strong>: Shift work (24/7) <strong>Salary</strong>: minimum gross salary of €2,500 per month (14 times per year), with possibility of signification overpayment based on experience and qualifications <strong>Start Date</strong>: As soon as possibleYour Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor global flight operations. Prepare and file flight plans based on weather, airspace restrictions, and operational needs. Calculate fuel requirements, flight times, and alternate routes. Communicate with flight crews, customers, ground agents, and external providers. Monitor ongoing flights (flight watch) and proactively handle deviations or emergencies. Ensure compliance with legal and company-specific regulationsYour Profile Certified Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent (ICAO Annex 1 & 6) is preferred but not required. At least 2 years of experience in business aviation flight operations. Strong knowledge of flight planning, meteorology, and aviation regulations. Proficient in dispatch software and MS Office. Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus). High stress tolerance, decision-making skills, and a team-oriented mindset.Why Join MJET GmbH?
