Former Acting U.S. Attorney Vikas Khanna Joins Sills Cummis to Lead White Collar Practice

NEWARK, N.J., July 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. is pleased to announce that Vikas Khanna, former Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, has joined the firm as Chair of its White Collar Practice Group, based in the firm's Newark office.

At Sills Cummis, he will focus his practice on white collar criminal defense and advising corporations, boards, executives, governmental leaders, and individuals who face government investigations, regulatory scrutiny, or complex litigation.

He most recently served as Acting and First Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey, where he ran every aspect of the Office and led investigations and prosecutions involving corporate fraud, securities violations, health care fraud, and other complex matters. His work spans a broad range of industries, including health care, financial services, technology, and other highly regulated sectors.
