Owner Shayla Griggs plans to use her problem-solving skills to help residents in Chicago's western
suburbs find window treatments that are practical and beautiful

CHICAGO, May 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Gotcha Covered, a leader in custom window treatment consultation in the U.S. and Canada, announced today it has opened a new location west of Chicago in the Oak Brook community. The new location is owned by Shayla Griggs and is the third Chicagoland center.

Griggs said that outside of work, she has a full personal life. She and her husband, Travis Griggs, a disabled military veteran, enjoy spending time with family, listening to live music and traveling.
