Each record holder of common stock, as of market close on June 16, received three additional shares of common stock, which was distributed after the close of the market on June 17. Trading commenced on a split-adjusted basis at market open on June 18, 2025.Prior to its IPO in 2007, Interactive Brokers conducted business through a limited liability company (LLC) structure. In connection with the IPO, the company purchased 10.0% of the membership interest in IBG LLC. As of June 30, 2025, Interactive Brokers’ primary assets were its ownership of 26% of the membership interests in IBG, Inc. The remaining 74% of the membership interests were held by IBG Holdings LLC.As of June 30, 2025, Interactive Brokers had $181.5 billion in total assets, $4.7 billion in cash and cash equivalents and $18.5 billion in total equity.
