InventHelp Inventor Develops New Accessory for Smartphones (PPB-1000)
PITTSBURGH, Nov. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- "I wanted to create a more secure way to attach and use a cell phone accessory that would allow for a variety of functions such as a grip, a kickstand, a hook, and a card holder," said an inventor, from Cleveland, Ga., "so I invented the ONIX MAX ONIX EDGE. My design connects function with fashion."
The invention provides an improved means of attaching aluminum/steel accessories to smartphones. In doing so, it offers a safe and secure grip for easy texting. Additional features include a vertical and horizontal kickstand, a magnetic ring that can be easily secured to a variety of metal surfaces, a unique hook that allows for more hanging options, and storage for up to 6 cards. The invention also fits comfortably within a pocket, and it is easy to swap with other accessories. A prototype is available.
The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
