Invitation Homes Acquires Homes & Launches Developer Lending Program

Invitation Homes INVH recently provided an update on its acquisitions and also announced that it has entered into its first agreement to launch a developer lending program.From the beginning of the second quarter through June 2, 2025, the company has formed partnerships with several homebuilders to acquire more than 300 newly constructed single-family homes, amounting to an investment of more than $100 million.
