The International Women’s Forum (IWF) Korea hosted Career Bridge 2025 — Youth Career Camp in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province, on Friday, bringing together around 100 job seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs for a day of mentoring and career exploration. The event aimed to help young people broaden their career perspectives with a global outlook while building region-based professional networks. Participatnts included current and former executives of global companies as well as officials from the Jeonbuk Development Corp., Jeonbuk Technopark and the National Pension Service, who offered practical career advice and insights from their professional experiences. The morning session included a discussion under the theme of “How to Prepare and Connect Youth Careers,” where speakers shared candid stories about their professional journeys and offered advice on cultivating adaptability, confidence and a global mindset in today’s rapidly changing job landscape.
