JobKorea closes Jobplanet acquisition, accelerates AI-driven shift

JobKorea has completed the acquisition process for the job search platform Jobplanet. The company announced on Monday that the acquisition process was closed as of Dec. 31, making Jobplanet officially a subsidiary of JobKorea starting the next day.
