KenCrest Appoints Patricia (Pattie) Hillis-Clark as Chief Operating Officer
BLUE BELL, Pa., Sept. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- KenCrest is pleased to announce the promotion of Patricia (Pattie) Hillis-Clark, PsyD, to Chief Operating Officer, effective September 1, 2025.
Dr. Hillis-Clark joined KenCrest in January 2025 as Vice President of Programs, bringing more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership with a focus on services for individuals with behavioral health challenges, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). In her time at KenCrest, she has already made an impact by strengthening program infrastructure and oversight, expanding opportunities for collaboration, and advancing the organization's mission.
"This next chapter as KenCrest's COO is both humbling and energizing," said Hillis-Clark. "I am deeply committed to continuing our work with integrity, innovation, and heart. I am excited to be a part of this wonderful team that is driving meaningful change."
Dr. Hillis-Clark began her career at Devereux in 2000 as a Primary Therapist and went on to hold a series of leadership roles, culminating in her appointment as Executive Director in 2018. In that role, she was responsible for services impacting 1,200 youth and families annually, overseeing a psychiatric in-patient hospital, residential services, six private schools, and a range of community-based programs.
She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Cabrini College. She is a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania and has also held certifications as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Her community involvement includes service on statewide committees, advocacy coalitions, and her pending appointment to the Radnor Township Civil Service Committee.
"Since joining KenCrest earlier this year, Pattie has brought extraordinary leadership and vision to our programs," said Aurora Kripa, KenCrest President & CEO-Elect. "Her clinical expertise, operational experience, and dedication to the people we support make her an exceptional choice for COO as we step into the future together."
In her new role, Dr. Hillis-Clark will oversee KenCrest's programs and operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut.
