Lingard shows off his Seoul life — Han River view home, K-beauty routine, and real footballer abs

Former Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard is going viral in Korea once again — this time for revealing his daily Seoul routine, his Han River-view apartment, and even his gym-honed abs. The 32-year-old Premier League star, who is now in his second year living in Seoul and playing in the K League, appeared on the Nov. 14 episode of MBC’s reality show “I Live Alone,” where he gave viewers an unusually candid look at his off-pitch life in Korea.
