TUCSON, Ariz., May 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - Mattamy Homes' Montelena community in Marana, Arizona, has recently been named the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association's (SAHBA) Community of the Year. The accolade considers various factors, including land use planning, collaboration with local government, community design and amenities, architectural distinctiveness, and sales success.

To date, 36 homes in the community have been sold, with 10 already occupied. The 34-acre community, which will ultimately include 81 homes, is expected to be completed in Spring of 2026.
