Mattamy Homes to build 115 new homes in San Tan Valley's Soleo community

Homebuilder expands its San Tan Valley, AZ presence with 115 homesites in Soleo, a vibrant 473-acre master-planned community.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - Mattamy Homes, the largest family-owned homebuilder in North America, is pleased to announce the purchase of nearly 28 acres of land in the highly anticipated 473-acre master-planned community of Soleo, located in San Tan Valley, Arizona.

The 27.92-acre parcel, purchased for $19.044 million, will include 115 homesites and feature Mattamy's Amber Collection of single-family homes. These homes, built on 48' x 120' lots, will offer seven thoughtfully designed floorplans ranging from 1,535 to 2,555 sq. ft., with both single-story and two-story options. Models are expected to start construction in October with a grand opening projected for late January.

Soleo's centerpiece is a 15-acre grand park that will serve as the community's hub. Residents will enjoy a two-acre lake, sports fields, open-air pavilion with outdoor pool, tot lot with play structures, boulder climbing wall, zipline, event lawns, three fitness loops and unique pocket parks throughout the masterplan. These pocket parks will showcase features such as fire pits, butterfly gardens and lawn games, offering a dynamic outdoor lifestyle for all ages.
