(Nasdaq: ONCY) (TSX: ONC) ("Oncolytics" or the "Company"), a clinical-stage immunotherapy company developing pelareorep, today announced that its upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") will be held virtually at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, August 8, 2025, as a virtual-only shareholder meeting. After the Meeting and at the conclusion of shareholder voting, Oncolytics' Chief Executive Officer, Jared Kelly, will provide a corporate update, including strategic milestones for the remainder of 2025. Financial results for the second quarter of 2025 will also be announced before the stock market opens on the same day.
