OneOncology Appoints Emily Touloukian, DO, to Board of Managers

Along with Eric Mininberg, MD, Appointed in 2024, Touloukian Becomes Ninth Physician on the 14-Member Board

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- OneOncology, a physician-led national platform empowering independent medical specialty practices, today announced the appointment of Emily Z. Touloukian, DO, FASCO, President and CEO of Coastal Cancer Center in Myrtle Beach, SC, to its Board of Managers.

Board-certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine, Emily Z. Touloukian, DO, FASCO, President and CEO of Coastal Cancer Center, is on the Board of Directors of the Community Oncology Alliance, a past president of the South Carolina Oncology Society, and the current president of the Medical Society of Horry County.

Dr. Touloukian joins Eric Mininberg, MD, President of Piedmont Cancer Institute in Atlanta, GA, who was appointed in 2024, along with Natalie Dickson, MD; Sen. Bill Frist, MD; Sharad Mansukani, MD; Jeff Patton, MD; John Schilling, MD; Geoff Sklar, MD; and Jeff Vacirca, MD bringing the number of physicians on the Board of Managers to nine. Other Board members include Kendall Garrison, Jawad Hasan, Jennifer Healey, Francois Mandeville, and David Senior.
