Net Asset Value as of September 30, 2025

As of September 30, 2025, the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) stood at EUR 152.88 (CHF 142.95), representing a change of -0.4% in EUR (-0.5% in CHF) since August 31, 2025.

For the month of September, the portfolio's performance was negatively affected by both adverse FX movements and the share price development of underlying positions, specifically Kaspi, a Kazakhstani fintech firm. While there were positive valuation adjustments in some of PEH's portfolio funds - most notably in one of the Life Sciences Funds - the negative effects ultimately outweighed those gains.

The portfolio was cash-flow positive in September, with total distributions amounting to EUR 4.3m vs. EUR 0.6m paid into the portfolio. The biggest distribution was received from Alpha CEE Opportunity IV, which distributed proceeds from the sale of a leading central European operator of radiotherapy clinics for cancer treatment. Furthermore, Mid Europa Fund IV distributed proceeds from a further disposal of shares in Allegro, a Polish online e-commerce platform.

During the reporting period, PEH committed EUR 5.0m to a venture fund focused on life sciences companies that are primarily based in or originate from Europe.

PEH will publish its semi-annual report on November 6, 2025.

The basis of the Net Asset Value Calculation and Disclaimer

The number of outstanding shares used for calculation of the Net Asset Value per share amounted to 2,446,064 as of September 30, 2025 (August 31, 2025: 2,445,206). The calculations are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and pursuant to the guidelines of Invest Europe (formerly known as the European Venture Capital Association). The valuations of the fund investments are based on the most recent reported net asset values (NAVs) of the funds. In estimating the fair value of unquoted direct investments, Private Equity Holding AG considers the most appropriate market valuation techniques. The fair value of listed direct investments is the market value. The NAV of Private Equity Holding AG is calculated at the end of each month under a going concern assumption. The different reporting cut-off dates of the individual companies and funds in which participations are held can lead to short-term distortions and cause discrepancies between the published NAV and the actual total value of Private Equity Holding AG's net assets.
