SHENZHEN, China, May 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- This is a news report from Shenzhen Media Group:

From May 12 to 14, the Shenzhen Week at the China Pavilion of the 2025 Osaka Expo was officially inaugurated at Yumeshima artificial island in Osaka. Over 60 leading Shenzhen enterprises and tech innovators, including Tencent, BYD, Honor, UBTECH, and BGI Genomics, showcased their cutting-edge achievements through focused exhibitions and roadshow presentations.

As a key supporting event of the Shenzhen Week at the China Pavilion of the 2025 Japan Osaka Expo, the "Shenzhen-Osaka Innovation Cooperation Conference" was held at the Osaka Imperial Hotel. The event brought together around 150 representatives from government agencies, business associations, research institutions, and enterprises from both Shenzhen and Osaka. Five cooperation agreements were signed on-site, covering fields such as robotics, intelligent manufacturing, and food technology, injecting strong momentum into the innovative cooperation between the two cities.

As part of the Shenzhen Week, the event also showcased excerpts from the Shenzhen-produced original dance drama "Wing Chun" and a fashion show featuring clothes made with Gambiered Guangdong gauze, a national intangible cultural heritage from the Lingnan area with a history of hundreds of years.

The Shenzhen Week is not only a "model city" for showcasing China's modernization but also an innovative platform for promoting Sino-Japanese friendship and global cooperation. As more international friends experience the charm of "Shenzhen Creation" firsthand and sense the dynamic pulse of China's high-quality development through "Shenzhen stories," Sino-Japanese cooperation is sure to generate new sparks and bear even greater fruit.
