Royal Norwegian Ministry of Defence Selects Skydio X10D Autonomous Drones in 101 MNOK ($9.4M USD) Initial Tender

Skydio now supplies autonomous small uncrewed aircraft systems to 15 member countries in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)

SAN MATEO, Calif., July 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Skydio, the leading Western drone manufacturer and world leader in autonomous flight, has been awarded an initial tender totaling 101 million Norwegian Kroner (approximately $9.4M USD) to supply autonomous small uncrewed aerial systems (sUAS) to the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Defence. In partnership with Oskar Pedersen AS, a Norwegian defense and security product supplier, the company has begun delivering X10D systems to the Norwegian Armed Forces.
