Schindler Holding Ltd.: Change to the Group Executive Committee

The Board of Directors has decided on the following change to the Group Executive Committee, effective November 20, 2025.

Hugo Martinho, responsible for Human Resources, has stepped down from the Group Executive Committee to pursue career opportunities outside of the Schindler Group.

The succession for the position will be announced in due course.

The Group Executive Committee is composed of the following members:
Paolo Compagna (CEO), Carla De Geyseleer (CFO and deputy CEO), Matteo Attrovio (CIO), Danilo Calabrò (Europe South), Donato Carparelli (CTO), Nitin Chalke (Asia Pacific), Patrick Hess (Europe North), Vikén Martarian (Americas and Escalators) and Meinolf Pohle (China).
