Treehaus Announces New Student Housing Community at Clemson University, Pre-Leasing for Fall 2026

CLEMSON, S.C., Sept. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- A new standard of student living is coming to Clemson. Treehaus Townhomes and Flats, a new off-campus student housing community, is excited to announce it is now pre-leasing for August 2026 move-ins. Each living area will feature a 65-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or watching the Tigers play.

At the heart of the Treehaus experience is Root + Rise, an exclusive wellness program designed to help residents recharge, reset, and rise.
