At annual user conference, InsurTech leader showcased achievements that are driving efficiency for the people at the heart of agency operations

DENVER, May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- This week at Accelerate, powered by NetVU, Vertafore® unveiled the latest results of Project Impact—it's industry-leading initiative to give account managers, customer service representatives and other core agency staff significant time back in their day through enhancements and workflow improvements.

James Thom, Vertafore's chief product officer, highlighted more than two dozen enhancements Vertafore has implemented in its core agency solutions, focused on the workflows that matter most to agency operations: renewals, new business and endorsements.

Project Impact has already created up to 45 minutes of time-savings per day for service professionals by eliminating steps in the most used processes and streamlining access to the information that servicers need most often. Vertafore is on track to create up to one hour of daily time savings per employee by the end of 2025.

The enhancements from Project Impact have also been instrumental in developing the unified experience and efficiencies agencies are seeing in Vertafore's AgencyOne®. This one, integrated platform brings together everything agencies need to run and grow their business, delivering the benefit of Vertafore's best-of-breed technology in a single, connected experience.

"Everyone loves shiny new features in their core solutions. But it can be the small improvements that have the most impact on somebody's daily processes," said Brittany Bulloch, AVP and InsurTech solutions coordinator at Stephens Insurance. "With Project Impact, Vertafore is making the tasks we do day in and day out more efficient—freeing up our teams to focus on the things that really matter."

The InsurTech leader launched Project Impact in 2024, spending time with and observing more than 115 customer service professionals at independent agencies. Through that collaboration, "This year, we are turning our attention to specialty lines of business—an area that's been underserved for too long," Thom said. "Vertafore's goal is to help agencies manage even the most complex lines with ease and confidence."

Vijay Muniswamy, senior director of product management at Vertafore, has led the initiative since its start. "Service is at the center of every agency's success," he said. "Project Impact is about improving the workflows that happens all day, every day, where the right change for services can unlock real transformation. Because when service works better, everything works better."
