Forest fires - Total lifting of the ban on open fires in or near forestsQUÉBEC, Oct. 21, 2025 /CNW/ - The Ministère de la Sécurité publique (MSP) will totally lift the ban on open fires in or near forests as of today, October 21, at 12:00 p.m., due to significant rainfall that has fallen and is still expected throughout the day. This decision was made in collaboration SOPFEU. The ban has been in effect since September 30th.
