The lender, a private credit fund with whom Cambridge Wilkinson has successfully closed prior transactions, is well known for delivering flexible financing solutions to specialty finance and lower middle market companies.
This represents our client's first institutional facility, a milestone that will allow the company to execute on its growth strategy and expand its ability to provide financing to small and lower middle market businesses across the U.S.
