Datos Insights' annual Impact Awards program recognizes and honors innovation achieved by financial institutions leveraging technology to surpass industry standards. The program highlights innovations that are leading the industry and pioneering new and disruptive financial services products and capabilities, setting benchmarks for excellence and transformation in the sector.

Since implementation in early 2024, S&S UP has streamlined workflows, automated manual processes, and integrated an in-house generative AI and Optical Character Recognition solution. The platform has been deployed successfully across multiple business units, with additional lines of business planned for integration.

"This award validates the incredible effort and vision of our technology and underwriting teams who worked side by side to reinvent how our division operates. The platform has reduced quote turnaround time by 35%, improved data accuracy, and enabled underwriters to manage their books of business more efficiently," said Bryan Brizzi, Chief Digital Officer of the S&S Division for Crum & Forster. "S&S UP is more than a technology upgrade, it represents a cultural shift in how we use innovation to empower our people, improve responsiveness, and deliver better results for our clients and partners."
