CANCOM SE: Q1 2025 results significantly below previous year's figure as expected; forecast for the full year 2025 confirmed

Munich, 29 April 2025 - As expected by the Executive Board, CANCOM SE's business in the first quarter of 2025 was characterised by the continuing challenging market conditions. As expected, Group revenues for the first quarter of 2025, based on the preliminary figures available today, are therefore significantly below the previous year's figure at € 410.4 million (Q1 2024: € 435.6 million). According to these preliminary figures, EBITDA is € 21.1 million (Q1 2024: € 30.4 million) and EBITA is € 7.8 million after € 16.9 million in the same quarter of the previous year.

In light of initial signs of business recovery and the expected upturn in the second half of 2025, the Executive Board of CANCOM SE confirms the forecast for the full year 2025.
