Company to Provide Key Updates on GEO-MVA, GEO-CM04S1, and Gedeptin® Programs

(Nasdaq: GOVX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing multi-antigen vaccines and immunotherapies for infectious diseases and cancer, today announced that its Chairman and CEO, David Dodd, will present a company overview and host investor meetings during the H.C. Wainwright 27th Annual Global Investment Conference, taking place at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in New York City, September 8-10, 2025.  A webcast of Mr. Dodd’s presentation will be available beginning at 7:00 am ET on Monday, September 8, during which he will discuss recent progress and upcoming milestones across GeoVax’s pipeline, including:

• GEO-MVA, a next-generation MVA-based Mpox/smallpox vaccine positioned to support global preparedness and stockpile strategies, and recently receiving favorable Scientific Advice (SA) from the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
• GEO-CM04S1, the Company’s multi-antigen COVID-19 vaccine currently being evaluated in three Phase 2 clinical trials across various patient populations, including immunocompromised individuals and healthy adults.
• Gedeptin®, the Company’s gene-directed enzyme prodrug therapy for solid tumors, including an upcoming Phase 2 trial in head and neck cancer.
