Falvey, Esq., AMIM, AIC, from his role as General Counsel after 26 years of extraordinary service. A cornerstone of the company's journey, Bob has been instrumental in shaping Falvey's legal, compliance, and claims strategy from its early days to the industry leader it is today.

Bob built and led the company's legal department and internship program throughout his tenure, offering trusted counsel across underwriting, loss prevention, recoveries, and regulatory matters. He was an essential advisor to Falvey's leadership and underwriters, earning admiration not only for his legal acumen but for his integrity, mentorship, and vision.

Bob's impact has extended far beyond Falvey. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Roger Williams University School of Law, he has educated and mentored countless legal professionals, many of whom now serve across the insurance and maritime industries.
