Frazier Aviation Bolsters Business Development and Operational Capabilities with Expanded Senior Management Team

SAN FERNANDO, Calif., Oct. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Frazier Aviation, Inc. ("Frazier Aviation" or "the Company"), a global leader in sustainment solutions for the military aircraft aftermarket sector, today announced the addition of several Aerospace and Defense industry leaders to its senior management team. Terri Lambert has joined to spearhead the Company's business development efforts; Marty Blanc to oversee operations and supply chain; and Chris Fellows to oversee procurement and U.S. government bidding.

Terri Lambert is an accomplished business executive with over 40 years of experience leading global business expansion and driving sustained growth for prominent Aerospace and Defense organizations, including Honeywell, Kellstrom Defense, and most recently, AllClear Aerospace & Defense, where she managed sales expansion strategies across the U.S. and Canada. In her role as Director of Business Development at Frazier, Lambert will focus on strategic growth opportunities while strengthening and expanding relationships with clients worldwide.

With more than 20 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and fabrication, Marty Blanc joins Frazier as Manager of Operations and Supply Chain. Blanc previously held senior operations and fabrication management roles at RTC Aerospace, ITT Aerospace Control, and Halo Industries. At Frazier Aviation, he will provide hands-on leadership to optimize manufacturing capacity and reduce lead times for its customers.

Chris Fellows joins as Manager of Procurement and Government Proposals, where he will source raw material and specialty component parts while also serving as the focal point for proposals to the U.S. government. Fellows has over 25 years of experience in the military aftermarket manufacturing sector, most recently at Camar Aircraft Parts, with a strong emphasis on foreign military spares manufacturing and sustainment. The Company is also looking forward to capitalizing on Chris' proven ability to build strong client relationships.
