SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mission Home Remodeling today announced its role in the renovation of a landmark San Francisco townhouse that will be showcased in the 2025 American Institute of Architects San Francisco (AIASF) Home Tours. The residence, located at 457 Fulton Street and owned by architect Manon Paquet, is one of only five homes selected for this year's event.

Sleek, sustainable, and thoughtfully designed — this modern San Francisco kitchen blends custom cabinetry, energy-efficient appliances, and clean lines for a timeless look.

Originally designed by renowned architect Dan Solomon, the property has undergone a comprehensive sustainable renovation led by Mission Home Remodeling. Guided by Paquet's architectural vision, the project transformed the home into a fully electric, energy-efficient residence that balances modern sustainability with the preservation of Solomon's original design intent.

The AIASF Home Tours will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., giving the public rare access to exemplary residential design across the city. The program continues with the Architects Forum on Thursday, September 25, 2025, which will feature a panel discussion and reception with the architects behind this year's tour homes.

"We're honored to have been part of such a meaningful project," said Dan Wolfstein, Senior Project Manager at Mission Home Remodeling. "Collaborating with Manon Paquet to bring her sustainable vision to life in a home of this caliber reflects the kind of thoughtful, high-quality remodeling that inspires our work every day."

As sustainability and energy efficiency become increasingly central to Bay Area residential design, Mission Home Remodeling continues to partner with homeowners seeking to modernize while maintaining architectural integrity.
