Nortek DCC Unveils C-Force™ Lifecycle Model and StatePoint® 2025 Hybrid Cooling to Deliver Efficiency, Sustainability, and Performance
Designed for scalability and speed, Nortek DCC's latest solutions address the growing complexity of AI workloads and today's data center demands
OKLAHOMA CITY, May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Nortek Data Center Cooling (Nortek DCC), a Madison Air company, is building on its strong momentum with key updates to StatePoint®, its next-generation hybrid liquid cooling system, and the launch of C-Force™, a comprehensive end-to-end solutions model.
Nortek DCC Unveils C-Force Lifecycle Model and StatePoint 2025 Hybrid CoolingIntroducing C-Force™
Alongside a portfolio of industry-leading air, liquid and hybrid data center cooling solutions, Nortek DCC's most unbeatable competitive advantage may be its people. To enable more seamless collaboration with customers through cross-functional teams and set the industry standard, Nortek DCC formalized its end-to-end solutions model: C-Force, an integrated team of engineers who serve customers throughout the lifecycle of Nortek DCC products, from custom design and delivery to commissioning and continuous uptime.
"C-Force enables us to innovate, iterate and solve quickly to meet the cooling needs of data centers today and into the future," said Thomas Steen, Chief Technology Officer, Nortek DCC. "From new build to retrofit design, seamless commissioning and premium service, we partner with customers to ensure this critical infrastructure meets their unique needs and delivers performance, sustainability and reliability – without fail."
C-Force is expanding customer relationships across the asset lifecycle, including significant multi-year agreements that cover entire data center operations.
AI-ready cooling portfolio
In 2024, as the AI revolution accelerated the shift to liquid cooling, Nortek DCC introduced standardized Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) – delivered with a design and development process built for performance, reliability and speed. Standardized Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAHs) were released at the same time. These CDUs and CRAHs, available in three standard sizes, are Nortek DCC's most successful new product launches to date.
StatePoint® 2025: a game-changer for data center sustainability
Today, Nortek DCC introduces StatePoint 2025, a highly efficient and effective hybrid cooling plant that offers lower total cost of ownership and simpler deployment for large data centers. StatePoint integrates multiple cooling components – facility pump, cooling towers, dry coolers, and heat exchangers – into a single system, simplifying installation and reducing infrastructure complexity. StatePoint 2025 was engineered to reduce total cost of ownership on a smaller footprint than its original design, increasing affordability while enabling the configurability necessary to scale, particularly in more population-dense areas.
StatePoint 2025 is a leader in water and power efficiency. What makes StatePoint 2025 so unique – and effective – is its ability to learn and adapt, with smart controls that intuitively flex between air, liquid and hybrid cooling to adapt to any environment.
StatePoint 2025 by the numbers:
- 75% reduction possible in annual power consumption
- 30% reduction possible in annual water consumption
- Unmatched capex and opex savings
- ~6% reduction in total CAPEX versus traditional systems
- 5% reduction in package design installation costs
- Faster payback than similar alternatives
Also new: Rear Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx) and Coil Wall
In addition to StatePoint 2025, Nortek DCC is offering two new products for high density rack cooling: a Rear Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx) and Coil Wall, both designed for efficiency and serviceability. The RDHx was engineered for ease-of-installation, with no separate filter section, and features controls that modulate temperature to avoid overcooling the rack. The coil wall offers tool-free servicing and an extra layer of safety – differentiation that has value without adding cost.
"Our relentless focus on innovation, quality, and staying ahead of customer needs is driving unprecedented momentum for Nortek DCC," said Karin Overstreet, President, Nortek DCC. "We are not just keeping pace with industry demand, we are setting the standard. The acceleration of our business, and the quality of our customer relationships, is testament to our commitment to delivering the most advanced cooling technologies, with the organizational scale, expertise and talent to back it up."
