Renewal of the drawdown under the Revolving Credit Facility for a six-month period Paris, 4 June 2025 - Clariane (CLARI.PA - ISIN FR0010386334) announces that it has renewed the drawdown of its RCF (Revolving Credit Facility) for a period of 6 months for an amount of €490.8 million, in accordance with the terms of the contract signed February 14th, 2025. In addition to the usual conditions, the Group points out that the drawdown and renewal of its RCF line are subject to a minimum liquidity level of €300 million on the day of the drawdown or renewal, which includes the RCF drawn down.
