The Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators Welcomes Rani Khetarpal as President of Board of Trustees

GAINESVILLE, Fla., May 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ --The Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+) is pleased to share that long-time member, and seasoned healthcare executive Rani Khetarpal, MBA, has been announced as President of its Board of Trustees for a term that will run through 2027.

Ms Khetarpal has been a prominent voice for AONN+ since joining the Academy nearly a decade ago. In this time, she has consistently drawn upon her deep industry experience and strong passion for navigation to support the work of multiple AONN+ committees as well as its Leadership Council.

As President, Ms Khetarpal's responsibilities include providing strategic oversight and governance for the Academy at large, overseeing and advising the Executive Director in the management of day-to-day operations, and guiding the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees in advancing the mission, values, and goals of AONN+.

Ms Khetarpal possesses 25 years of experience in driving innovation, operational excellence, and value-based care across the healthcare continuum. She currently serves as CEO of NavPoint Health, where she leads efforts to modernize and expand patient navigation through digital solutions and professional services.

Previously, she founded and led Global Transitional Care, the first Medicare-approved transitional care provider, from launch through acquisition. Her career includes executive leadership roles at Moderna, CVS Health, and Evolent Health, where she built and scaled provider operations, launched value-based care models, and led commercialization strategies. Ms Khetarpal is also the founding partner of Raviya Health Solutions, a consulting firm focused on go-to market and growth strategy for healthcare innovators.
