Seasoned private equity client leader, Melissa Chester, joins The Barton Partnership to help scale Independent Consulting and deepen Strategy & Transformation coverage

NEW YORK, Nov. 10, 2025 /CNW/ - The Barton Partnership, a specialist strategic talent solutions firm focused on value creation, strategy and transformation, today announced the appointment of Melissa Chester as Vice President, North America. Chester will partner with leaders across the firm to accelerate growth in Independent Consulting while complementing The Barton Partnership's established Executive Search capabilities in Strategy & Transformation.

Chester joins The Barton Partnership from a large U.S.-based talent solutions firm, where she served as Managing Vice President, Strategic Accounts and led enterprise private equity relationships, partnering with operating teams at large-cap funds and their portfolio companies to deliver talent and consulting solutions through periods of change.
