Suzanne Gregory Keith, Esq., a prominent leader in litigation and legal administration, marks more than two decades as Executive Director of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA). Since 2000, she has played a pivotal role in guiding the organization's mission to protect the rights of Tennessee citizens and preserve access to justice and trial by jury.

Under Ms. Keith's leadership, TTLA has continued to serve its members with a steadfast commitment to advocacy, legal education, and professional development. Her extensive experience in managing legal operations and policy initiatives has contributed to strengthening the organization's impact throughout the state.

Ms. Keith began her legal career after earning a Bachelor of Music from Western Kentucky University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law in 1981. Her distinguished professional background includes 16 years as deputy state court administrator for the Tennessee Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts.

Beyond TTLA, Ms. Keith is actively involved in numerous professional and civic organizations. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Trial Lawyer Executives, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women. She has been recognized as a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Foundation. She served as chair of the nominating commission committee for the National Association of State Judicial Educators and currently serves as the volunteer treasurer of the Tennessee Judicial Conference Foundation. She also served as a faculty member at the National Judicial College. Her volunteer work includes support for St. Patrick's Shelter for the Homeless and St. Thomas Hospital. She also served as president of the National Association of Trial Lawyer Executives. She serves as a mentor to law school students of the Nashville School of Law.

A devoted wife, mother of three, grandmother of eight and great grandmother of two, Ms. Keith credits her family as a source of strength and inspiration. Looking ahead, she plans to continue her advocacy and leadership through TTLA, with a focus on mentoring future legal professionals and fostering educational initiatives that enhance the legal system in Tennessee.
