The new suite, featuring Caliber's CAD NG, Mobile, and Online RMS solutions, was deployed following a 14-month implementation process involving extensive planning, training, and collaboration between the District, Caliber Public Safety, and the 24 partner agencies.

"Rolling out a project of this scale required exceptional coordination, and Caliber provided consistent support throughout," said Michael Guthrie, Director of the Sumner County Emergency Communications District. "From several weeks of hands-on training to on-site support during the initial rollout, our teams felt prepared and supported every step of the way."

Caliber Public Safety, a business unit of Harris Computer Systems, partnered with Sumner County ECD to deliver a system designed to improve operational efficiency and enhance service to the community. The launch was supported by Caliber's implementation and support teams, who remained on site through the system's early operation, assisting with more than 3,000 calls in the first three days.

"We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside the Sumner County ECD team, and all the agencies within the County," said Chris Faircloth, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Caliber Public Safety. "Their leadership, preparation, and commitment to excellence have made this project a true success."

As part of Harris Computer Systems, Caliber Public Safety provides long-term product support through its Software for Life commitment, ensuring continuous innovation and stability for maintenance-paying customers.

The successful launch of the Caliber suite underscores Sumner County ECD's ongoing commitment to investing in technology and partnerships that strengthen public safety and community service. For more information, visit www.CaliberPublicSafety.com
