WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- DuPont (NYSE: DD) today announced that its board of directors has designated the close of business on October 22, 2025, as the record date for the distribution in connection with the intended spin-off of DuPont's Electronics business, Qnity Electronics, Inc.
