About the Honorees

Dynamic Automotive
Based in Frederick and operating seven locations across Central Maryland, Dynamic Automotive is a full-service auto repair and maintenance provider known for technical excellence, integrity, and community commitment. Its services span from oil changes and diagnostics to complex, major repairs, all supported by ASE-certified technicians.

Beyond its shop operations, Dynamic Automotive invests heavily in education and community support. The company provides training for its own employees and spearheads Youth and Registered Apprenticeship programs, along with charitable sponsorships and community engagement events to strengthen the region it serves. Since its founding in 1995, the business has grown from a single, modest two-bay shop into a multi-location enterprise, evolving while staying grounded in its ethos: "Where Customers Become Friends."

Rehab 2 Perform
Rehab 2 Perform is Frederick's premier physical therapy, sports rehab, and pelvic health provider, offering personalized, movement-based care. Their philosophy emphasizes returning clients to high performance, not just alleviating pain.

Founded from a vision to bring a "Division I athletic rehab" approach to the general community, the company has expanded from a small space in the Frederick Indoor Sports Center into multiple locations in Maryland and Virginia. Rehab 2 Perform is well regarded in Frederick. It holds a 5.0-star rating on local business directories and is known for its modern facility, open layout, and evidence-based, individualized care.

"I'm incredibly honored, but not in the least bit surprised, that both Dynamic Automotive and Rehab 2 Perform have been selected by the US Chamber of Commerce as Top 100 Businesses," said Rick Weldon, President & CEO, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. "The leaders of these companies demonstrate all of the essential characteristics of successful owners. They lift up their workforce, they value their customers, and they're actively invested in their communities. Dr. Josh Funk at R2P and Dwayne Myers, Jose Bueso, and Lee Foreman at Dynamic have built outstanding cultures and treasured brands."

Small businesses are the backbone of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, with more than 90% of member businesses employing fewer than 50 full-time employees. Having two members recognized on the prestigious CO—100 list underscores the strength and innovation of our local business community and serves as an inspiration to entrepreneurs across the region.
