GigaDevice and Navitas unveil Digital Power Joint Lab to accelerate high-efficiency power management deployment

GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc — a fabless supplier of Flash memory, 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs), sensors and analog products that relocated its headquarters this year from Beijiing to Singapore — has officially launched the Digital Power Joint Lab in collaboration with gallium nitride (GaN) power IC and silicon carbide (SiC) technology firm Navitas Semiconductor Corp of Torrance, CA, USA.
