"Joining LEHR enables us accelerate our growth and further improve installation timelines for agencies in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and beyond," said Roe, who will be staying on as L&W president. "I eagerly await the future of L&W as it enters this exciting new chapter of possibilities as part of LEHR. We're looking forward to expanding our service area and impact."

"Our investment in LEHR continues to exceed expectations as we partner with management to build a best-in-class national platform," said Eliot Kerlin Jr., Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Broadwing Capital.
