The Company authorizes ICG to assess a comprehensive range of strategic options, including business development initiatives, accretive acquisitions focused on U.S.-based artificial intelligence assets, share repurchase programs, recapitalizations, strategic investments or partnerships, and enhanced investor relations programs.
