Algerie Post announces new partnership to support its digital transformation journey

This collaboration will support Algerie Post’s aim to begin their journey into digitalization and automation. The solution will enhance customer service, increase accessibility, and streamline transactions.The rollout of self-service kiosks will allow customers to quickly and easily perform a variety of tasks, including:Shipping services – to weigh and size parcels and letters, print shipping labels/stamps and pay by card or mobile money applicationDrop off parcels and lettersPrint receipts, confirmation and tracking detailsBy automating these routine transactions, the kiosks will reduce queues, improve service efficiency, and free up staff to assist customers with more complex needs.
