BayWa restructuring plan confirmed by Munich Local Court

The restructuring plan was already adopted with the required majorities at a discussion and voting meeting on 15 May 2025.The restructuring plan makes legally binding arrangements between BayWa AG and its approximately 300 financial creditors and shareholders affected by the plan. It is part of the comprehensive transformation that the company is currently undergoing and implements key elements of the restructuring report commissioned by BayWa AG, including an extension of the loans until 31 December 2028.CEO Dr Frank Hiller comments: "The confirmation by the local court was a logical step.
