DVN generated more than $2 billion in free cash flow in 2025 and used $1.27 billion for share buybacks and dividend payments. In the long term, subject to the board’s approval, the company plans to buy back shares in the range of $200-$300 million per quarter.The company projects capital expenditures of $3.5 to $3.7 billion during 2026 to strengthen its operations.
