SBF AG specifies revenue and EBITDA forecast for 2025

Leipzig, 11 November 2025 – SBF AG (ISIN: DE000A2AAE22; WKN: A2AAE2, "SBF"), a publicly listed specialist in innovative solutions for rail vehicles, lighting, electromechanics, and sensor technology, is adjusting its forecast for the 2025 financial year. In light of current market developments and the current order backlog, the Executive Board now expects revenue of EUR 39 to EUR 41 million (previously: EUR 43 to 46 million) and an EBITDA of EUR 1.7 to 2.1 million (previously: EUR 1.5 to 2.5 million).

The market environment remains challenging. SBF AG’s sales markets are affected by tariffs and disrupted supply chains. In this demanding environment, the company has focused on operational results and has achieved clear successes through restructuring and cost reduction measures. This has led to an improved profit margin, which is significantly higher than the previous year. The EBITDA range in the 2025 forecast has been specified accordingly.
