Gulf Winds International Appoints Sam Freni as Chief Executive Officer

HOUSTON, Dec. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Gulf Winds International is proud to announce that its board of directors has appointed Sam Freni, a recognized leader in transportation and supply chain optimization, as chief executive officer, effective December 1st, 2025.
