DENVER, Sept. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Great food, cold drinks, and good company; that's all you need to take your tailgate to the endzone. And nothing says great food like beef sizzling on the grill! The Beef. It's What's For Dinner. brand, funded by Beef farmers and ranchers, is helping fans tackle tailgating season with bold, beefy recipes guaranteed to draw a crowd.

Spicy Cheeseburger Sliders from BeefItsWhatsForDinner.com.

To get the party started, this Nacho Dip will have everyone coming back for just one more chip. Ground Beef is the MVP of this pregame favorite. And for the extra point, this recipe is the epitome of easy. The Ground Beef can be cooked in advance or game side, and then you just mix in the rest and let it melt to perfection.

As you debate what team will take home the win, these Spicy Cheeseburger Sliders will turn up the heat in the best way. Lean Ground Beef is spiced up with chipotle chili powder and topped with pepper jack cheese and barbecue sauce. And for those fans who can't handle heat, these are easily customizable with classic toppings.

If you're looking to settle in as kickoff rounds the corner, this Grilled Steak Flatbread will take those good ole strip steaks from the grill and combine them with some major flavors. Just slice your steak onto grilled flatbread, then top with fresh arugula, caramelized onions, and creamy blue cheese.
