Former President Warns: Russian Hybrid Attacks and Influence Threaten Bulgaria

Former Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev has delivered a sharp critique of the country’s security situation and the influence of Russian propaganda, in light of the recent incident involving European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen’s flight.
