EQS-PVR: LPKF Laser & Electronics SE: Release according to Article 40, Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

We refer to the voting rights notifications (group notifications) dated September 15, 2025 (i) from Mr. Florian Schuhbauer, including his subsidiaries Active Ownership Advisors GmbH, Active Ownership Group Ltd., Active Ownership Capital S.à r.l., Active Ownership European Opportunities Fund SCS, EOF Master Holdco S.à r.l., AOC Alpha S.à r.l., and AOC Alpha GmbH; (ii) Mr. Klaus Röhrig, including his subsidiaries Active Ownership Management Ltd., Active Ownership LP, Active Ownership Investments Ltd., Active Ownership Group Ltd., Active Ownership Capital S.à r.l., Active Ownership European Opportunities Fund SCS, EOF Master Holdco S.à r.l., AOC Alpha S.à r.l. and AOC Alpha GmbH, and (iii) Mr. Charles N. Mills, including his subsidiaries MBB Capital Partners LLC, MBB Participation LLC, MBB ALTS 2023-2025, LLC, Active Ownership European Opportunities Fund SCS, EOF Master Holdco S.à r.l., AOC Alpha S.à r.l. and AOC Alpha GmbH (Mr. Schuhbauer together with his aforementioned subsidiaries, Mr. Röhrig together with his aforementioned subsidiaries and Mr. Mills together with his aforementioned subsidiaries hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Notifying Parties”).

The Notifying Parties have provided the following information in accordance with Section 43 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG):

1. Objectives of the acquisition of voting rights, Section 43 (1) sentence 3 WpHG

1.1 The investment serves to generate trading profits and implement strategic objectives.

1.2 Depending on the development of the share price and the operational development of LPKF Laser & Electronics SE, the Notifying Parties intend to acquire further voting rights in LPKF Laser & Electronics SE within the next twelve months.

1.3 The Notifying Parties are seeking representation on the Supervisory Board of LPKF Laser & Electronics SE commensurate with their shareholding. They do not currently intend to influence the composition of the Management Board of LPKF Laser & Electronics SE.

1.4 The Notifying Parties are not currently seeking any significant change in the capital structure of LPKF Laser & Electronics SE.

2. Origin of the funds used to acquire the voting rights, Section 43 (1) sentence 4 WpHG

The Notifying Parties have used only their own funds to finance the acquisition of the voting rights.
